Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds if you decide a hijab doesn’t suit you or meet your personal preferences after purchase.
Please make sure to review product details carefully before buying.
Exchanges for Damaged Items:
If your hijab arrives damaged or faulty, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, full name, product name, and photos of the damage, and we will arrange for an exchange.
Note: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Exchange Process:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Final Sale Items:
