Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide: Order number, Full name, Product name, Clear photos showing the issue
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
Exchange / Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement (exchange), or
- Provide a refund where applicable
We will send you return instructions via email.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is confirmed faulty, we may cover or reimburse shipping costs
Final Sale Items
Items marked as sale or clearance are final sale.
They cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
